Born in Chile, and fluent in both English and Spanish, Carolina Rivera has almost two decades of experience in the hospitality industry, with expertise across two continents in food and beverage, bar and restaurant management, bar ownership, hotel operations and management, event planning and rental property management.
By fully utilizing her superb interpersonal skills, cultural awareness, hard-working ethic, and business management experience, she is dedicated to providing real world management strategies and connections for business owners, individuals and companies alike.
Her experience with hotel and restaurant operations, supervision, training, cost control, and customer conflict resolution, provides the backbone for her informed, realistic and practical consultancy advice. Having recently worked in boutique and luxury hotels such as the Algonquin and Warwick Hotels in midtown New York City, she now offers a wide range of independent management skills covering the tourism, travel, accommodation and food and beverage industries.
Her passion is to bring people together through commonalities, unique experiences and creating memories.
